We loved the location for our last night in London. So close for lots of good restaurants & shopping in Oxford and Regent Streets and only 5 mins walk (with luggage) to the Bond Street station to catch the Elizabeth line train to Heathrow. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Ken (Concierge) was particularly helpful. He helped my disabled husband to the tube station with his suitcase in the pouring rain. He was amazing. All of the staff are very friendly. That’s why we keep coming back!

Nice enough rooms. Staff were great - very helpful, every one! Breakfast was really good - I particularly liked the fact that coffee was served at the table, and that different types of eggs were offered. I would happily stay here again. The restaurant was also great for an evening meal (not particularly cheap; however, if you have a Tastecard, that will sometimes bring the price down!)
